Wrong, damaged or faulty items

If you receive the wrong item, or an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos, and we will arrange a solution.

Exchanges for size

Exchange eligibility for unworn items in original condition with tags and hygiene liners attached is set out below once confirmed.

Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

Briefs and other items worn close to the body may not be returnable for change of mind once the hygiene seal or liner has been removed.

How to request an exchange

Owner review required: this is a draft framework. Decide and state: the exchange window in days, which categories are exchangeable, who pays return delivery, how refunds or replacements are issued for faulty or wrong items, and how damaged parcels should be reported. Check these terms against applicable consumer protection requirements in your province before publishing.
